Our company was established in 2005. We are dedicated to helping improve education, especially through SEI training for teachers in Arizona.​

Our History

Educational Training Specialists, LLC was established to provide high-quality training for educators. The goal is to help educators succeed in the classroom and enhance student learning. We have focused on Structured English Immersion since the beginning. This is an important part of Arizona's support for English Language Learners (ELLs).

At first, we focused on creating and teaching SEI courses that matched the changing needs of teachers and students. Our founder in education since 1992, saw the need for structured training for teachers working with diverse students. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the challenges faced by educators in this field laid the foundation for what would become a leading training company in Arizona.
