What is an SEI Endorsement?

This 45 Hour SEI Endorsement Completion course is designed to provide classroom teachers, administrators, and other certified personnel with an understanding of the foundations of English Language Development (ELD) instruction and differentiated instruction for students whose native language is other than English.
Who has to take the SEI Endorsement?

All Public School teachers working with English learners delivering required minutes of the SEI models are required to have an ESL, BLE, or SEI Endorsement. (AZ Board Rule, 7 A.A.C. 2. L)
How is your course different than others that are available?

While the content for our AZ SEI Course Online has been predetermined by the AZ Board of Education, the 'how' is decided by the course writer(s).
